Refund Policy

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.  Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

Returns

We do not accept returns on subscription boxes or individual products once they are shipped.  We can refund before shipment. To request a refund BEFORE YOUR BOX IS SHIPPED by emailing support@pharmfreelife.com.  Any refunds will be to the customer’s original form of payment in its entirety (i.e. the full amount of the transaction). A refund will only be given within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@pharmfreelife.com. 

Prepaid Gift Subscription Boxes are non-refundable.  

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

Replacement

Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of PharmFree Life, LLC.   All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item. This means that we will make every attempt to match the color and/or variant of the item we are replacing. If an identical or similar item is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a choice between a non-identical replacement item of similar value or a credit on your account.  Replacement items are shipped to the purchaser’s address

PharmFree Life, LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package.
